JFM is the work of our longtime friend John Moshay. He’s a man of so many talents it would take us all day to list them all. But, to name some of our favorites, he’s a lifelong cyclist, avid motorcycle racer, an amazing chef and restaurateur, world traveler, and an accomplished machinist.

For nearly a decade, he’s kept a workshop in a corner of swrve HQ and has patiently taught himself the art of metalworking using a slew of vintage machinery that’s seemingly multiplied over the years.

The end result of going expedition level deep into an activity that started as a hobby is JFM Machine Studio, a collection of aesthetically pleasing and functional household elements machined from brass billet that at once blend seamlessly into any environment while standing out as a conversation piece to those whose eyes are drawn to the exacting craftsmanship.
