the CORDURA® fibers woven into the fabric makes the denim super durable. add to that a ton of stretch for ease of movement, and the soft feel and look of cotton next to skin, and you have the perfect confluence of durability, performance, and style in one pair of jeans.
how durable is the fabric? *in a rub test conducted by CORDURA® (Martindale Abrasion BS EN ISO 12947-2:1999 Standard Woolen Abrasion with 12KPa weight), regular 100% cotton denim held up to between 75'000 to 25'000 rubs (depending on number of times the denim was washed) compared to the same weight CORDURA® denim where they stopped the tests at 250'000 rubs on all samples because the denim was just not wearing through.
our jeans have been pre-washed to soften the fabric, prevent shrinkage, and reduce the dark indigo dye from staining. however! some transfer of color can still occur, especially when wet. to reduce the risk we suggest washing the jeans before wear (following directions!) especially if white items will come in contact with the garment.
triple chain stitch on high-stress areas make the stitching super durable to keep up with the CORDURA® denim.
reflective strip on interior drive-side leg is revealed when you roll your cuff.
seamless diamond gusset to keep pressure off sensitive areas.
slight rise in the rear waistband to stay respectable while on the saddle or crouching.

GENERAL NOTES ON FIT
for swrve bottoms, we strive to be as true to size as possible. most other companies offer vanity sizing, but with us, a 32 means the waist circumference of the garment is 32". we update our size guides to provide the current sizing per garment frequently.
if you have trousers of which you like the fit, measure the waist and that is the swrve size! to measure the waist, lay them flat and make sure the front and back of the waistband lay evenly across each other, then measure from side to side (fold to fold on the inside), multiply by 2 (there are 2 layers of fabric) and voilà, you’ve got your measurement.
for swrve tops, please note our fit is a slimmer European fit similar to American Apparel's fit
Los Angeles curbside pick up is a free option to come pick up your order at our Headquarters in Glassell Park :) We'll email you the moment your order is packed up with all info needed!
FREE Priority USPS shipping with your $135 order, or $5 shipping under $135.
for other options, shipping cost is determined by the package weight and destination.
for domestic (US) customers USPS Priority is usually the fastest, least expensive option. to get an accurate shipping cost, please add the items to your cart and enter your mailing address at check out, the system will give you an estimate for shipping with various USPS and UPS options.
for international customers we suggest using DHL as it tends to be the best deal. We offer $25 DHL shipping with your minimum $150 order. It will arrive at your doorstep, regardless of where you are in the world, within 5 business days, and you get to track it as it makes its way to you. USPS Priority and First Class Mail may be a bit less expensive, but they have a higher tendency to lose packages. Please note that we are NOT responsible for lost packages! UPS rates tend to be rather exorbitant and you may be faced with a custom brokerage fee NOT included in the shipping rate.
international customers: please note that you may be charged additional customs duty fees at delivery NOT included in the shipping rate. these fees vary widely from country to country and there is nothing we can do to prevent them.
attention Canadian customers! our system will offer you UPS as a shipping option that may seem attractive, but we suggest NOT using UPS for orders going to Canada as they sometimes present you with a separate and additional customs clearance bill (on top of the customs duty) for $50 or more. eek!

- rock climbing
- cycling jeans
The best option for 2 wheels
My commute alternates between bicycles and motorcycles. After years of blowing out the crotch in multiple brands of jeans, these are the winner. They also look great off the bike.
This is my fourth pair of swrve jeans, and they remain my favorite! Very durable, comfortable, and flexible. I would love to see a double-knee Cordura jean/pant from you all in the future, as these are not only great cycling jeans, but fantastic for rock climbing, work, hiking, and anything else that somebody might want to wear their favorite jeans to do.
After nearly a year in these jeans I've decided I won't be buying jeans from any other company from now on. They give me free range of motion, look good, age well, and aren't falling apart, which is more than I can say for any of the department store brands I normally go with. I am about to purchase my fourth pair.
Nearly perfect, could be more fitted
These are great jeans! However, they would be even better if they were more fitted, all around but especially at the ankles, which can sometimes get caught in the bike chain. They are still a bit baggy for skinny jeans, even for someone with a big, muscular lower body. The higher waste in the back could benefit being higher. It doesn't seem any higher than non-bike jeans, and the struggle is still real for staying respectable to rear-view onlookers. I would also prefer an improved-version of these jeans made locally under the _blk label.
